I have been looking for a software like in the question. I haven't found anything useful. I need something for: specifiying my projects, adding tasks, scheduling, dealines...
I also need something easy for re-scheduling and changing anything.
Does anybody use something like that?

I have the Mindmanager. It is synchronized with MS Office (also with outlook).
You can make there a work breakdown structure, create tasks, task lists, data...
In my opinion, one of the biggest advantages on Mindmanager is interface - it is clear and intuitive.
